Swan Hellenic, Minerva.
Cabin was noisy, from engines possibly? Smell of oil in the cabin at times, someone else said the same so it wasnt just our cabin. Bed uncomfortable. Public address system broke down 3 days before the end. One lecturer poor and but other 3 were ok.Cant see the bottom of the screen in the cinema if people are sitting in front of you as rom poorly raked. The lounge were taks were delivered was as bad, if you didnt sit n front row you had to keep moving your head to see slide screens. The staff were overall excellent but Verandah buffet bar staff were a bit offhand at toimes.Food was variable and not up to other cruise standards.

A cruise from Ushuaia (Argentina) to Cape Town via, Half Moon Island, Deception Island, Elephant Island, South Georgia (2 landings on separate days) and Tristan Da Cunha Group (2 landings on separate days). Making landings at all of the above places. The voyage planning was a complete disaster and I would advise people not to travel with Swan Hellenic under any circumstances, unless, of couse, they want to be disappointed.

Minerva is running on nostalgia and loyalty in my opinion. If minor and major breakdowns keep occurring-necessitating cancellations and visits to ports for repair-our patience and sang-froid will finally disappear, and so will the bookings.
We wish you all the luck in the world.
