Went on P&O Aurora for the first time, although have been on many P&O ships. Was greatly impressed by her and as usual the cabin staff, waiting staff, and bar staff were all very pleasant and efficient. The Headliners Theatre Company did us proud with four fabulous shows and although we didn't go to all the Cabaret performances the two outstanding ones for us were Gary Wilmot & Mike Alexander who performed together and Eve Sherratt. We booked P&O Ventura N717 round the med with Ideal Cruising and once again they provided excellent service. Their staff are friendly and helpful and have a good knowledge of the cruise lines and the ships, so are able to offer advice about facilities, cabins, etc. Tickets, cruise information and luggage labels all arrived in plenty of time, so I cannot fault them on that. Ideal Cruising are staffed by knowledgeable and helpful staff. I've used them on our last 3 cruises and I cannot fault their quality of service. Our recent cruise on Holland America Line's Noordam was the latest of several cruises we have booked through Ideal Cruising. As always, booking was easy, trouble free and great value. Purchased a Transatlantic cruise through Moneysupermarket but organised by Ideal Cruising. They combined a 2 night trip to Iceland to see the Northern Lights and then a night in New York prior to an 8 night voyage on the Queen Victoria back to Southampton. This was one of the first of these local deals between Ideal Cruising and Moneysupermarket. Booked a Costa cruise via Ideal cruising for March 2012, as price advertised was very good. Cruise booked OK but had to go with an Easyjet flight later than was ideal. Booked Resort hoppa with them as well. Bit disappointed about credit card surcharge but all travel agencts add the charge. It is for this reason I have marked them 4 star instead of 5 star.
