“Service Stinks, product ok.”

Product was reasonable quality but when the Frame broke at the weld the support has been appalling.

They claim the frames have a warrantee but they have been unable to supply a replacement frame. Contacting their service team by phone or by email is terrible with perhaps 2/10 emails/calls returned. I claimed originally in the Autumn and was eventually told they could get me a replacement in late spring early summer. This moved to Mid Summer and I am still waiting (October) and even then they have not replied to my emails.

Eventually the kids were so upset I ordered one from another company.
