I purchased trampoline tent 9/9/12 , came very fast. Excited to put up. The bars would not fit in slots. I rang them and they said they will replace the tent but I needed to send pics. That was fine, I sent the pics straight away. 7 weeks later I have heard nothing. I have called and emailed. I rang again today 31/10 and they are off on holidays and be back early Nov. A joke of service. Would advise everybody to stay clear from this company. Cause it's money wasted and time too.
Overall product rubbish , customer service ( lack of ) rubbish
