BOOKED 4 GUYS FROM MY COMPANY TO DO COURSES WITH 1ST CLASS TRUCKING, THEY TOOK MY MONEY,(APPOX £4,400) THEN SENT NOTHING IN RETURN AND ARE VERY RUDE ON THE PHONE, ITS TAKEN 8 MONTHS TO BOOK THEORY TESTS AND STILL NOTHING.

AFTER WAITING SOO LONG I TOLD THEM I WANT A REFUND AND THE GEEZER BIRD ON THE OTHER END OF THE PHONE SAID "BOLLO**S" AND HUNG UP. CURRENTLY TAKING THEM TO COURT. I HAVE HEARD THAT THEY ARE UNDER INVESTIGATION FROM THE OFFICE OF FAIR TRADING, BBC WATCH DOG AND VARIOUS OTHER BODIES.

I lost £1738 back in 2008. Absolute rip off. Lack of any standards, little knowledge about trucking, poor instructors skills. It seems they're happy to steal your money by letting you fail and rebook new classes. Any ideas how to recover would be appreciated.
