Did a PTTLS course with Owen, he has no interest in teaching, just sits back and gives the odd instruction, all the whilst drinking coffee and playing with his phone.

It took 3 months to get the assignment papers and then only after my employer threatening legal action for a refund did he turn up at our work place to finish the coursework. My employer paid for 15 people but after all the delay only 3 of us completed with him. The rest redid it with another company.

It then took another 4 months or chasing to get the certificate.

Be in no doubt this is a one man and his wife operation. Not a big company like he makes out.

Also contact edi the awarding body if you get nowhere trying to contact him, they usually can sort it out.

Finally the positive review below is probably from Owen, he isn't a great speller, just check the website for confirmation.

All in all avoid like the plague
