“Completely useless do not use”

Booked me on a course and then kept cancelling it at short notice. They didn't delay taking the money but being very difficult about giving it back. On no account use this company they may appear to be cheap but they do not actually run the courses they just take the money. (read more)

Our company used Purple Cow Training for first aid training in April 2012. I have to say it was the most fantastic course, the tutor was excellent. All our staff were put at ease & the course was easy to follow and understand. I contacted Purple Cow Training and spoke to a member of the sales team regarding all my health and safety training needs, they have taken on the whole of the training sat down with me to discuss what was required and offered me a discounted course in order for me to see the delivery. Since using Purple Cow my training needs for my company have been met and my staff are able to complete there jobs without hesistation. “Most unprofessional and and poorly ran company I have seen”

I am sick of hearing lies told by this company from all angles from reasons for such a high turnover of staff - always someone different you have to deal with or why the certificates are 3months overdue after paying for them - never their fault! I could never deal with a company with such a lack of integrity and would not recommend their service in any respect. Complete and utter disappointment! “Only thing they trained me in is how not to run a business”

The training this company sells is delivered by third party companies not them, so they book the training and take your money but will not deal with any problems that accur and just blame the training provider. You can never speak to anyone such as a manager at their offices so no one can deal with the problem. Happy to take your money and then not deliver what was promised. Maybe thats why the company went under when it was called Stowan! The only thing I would recommend about this... (read more)

Totally agree. Purple Cow Training are terrible. Terrible customer service and don't care about there customers, or who is delivering the training. I would book direct with a training centre rather than use these cowboys

I am shocked at the comments i am reading!!I have dealt with Purple Cow training since it changed over from Stowan, and have nothing but praise for the company. I have spoken to there heads of training (who are both full time trainers for the company)and also discussed and have handed over our training budget for 2012?

We went through a 3 month trial period. Going over several course's which the feedback we got from our delegates was exemplary! scoring very highly on our internal feedback system.

We are one of the largest construction companies in the UK and wouldnt waste our time or discuss our 2012 budget if we would be been let down!!
