Purple Cow booked us as a training venue to deliver their Health & Safety course over 4 days. In our experience we found the trainer very efficient and welcoming at all times including the managing director of the company who visited our venue on one of the days to make sure that everything was running smoothly and all delegates were happy. I would have no hesitation in recommending this company to others.

Attended a 5 day SMSTS course the trainer was swapped half way through due to being double booked. Lied about the books, rude welcome at the reception and when I checked with CITB still not been registered for the course. All in all this company is a total shambles they promise to deliver great customer service it's all lies. The trainers are good I feel sorry for them working for such a poorly ran organisation. Don't waste your money go elsewhere.

I have been waiting for my CITB certificate now for 5 months!!! I have been lied, lied and lied to again! I have spoken to 3 different account managers an they keep leaving the company?? DO NOT USE!!!!!! They seem cheap but you don't get your certificates!!!

I attended a course with this company over 8 months ago and I am still awaiting certification. Everytime I call I get the same excuse 'they were sent out without being franked' this really is not my problem. The room was not set up , the reception area stinks of mould and the training rooms are without windows. Charging so much for a course but unable to deliver a good service. Books were not available and the staff are just ride. Don't waste your money train elsewhere.

Quick to take your money and promise everything such as good courses, great customer service but really they are a complete shambles. Arranging courses to run from different venues without prior notification, waiting over four months for certification and above all else lying everytime a call is made to chase. I would have no hesitation in saying this is a very sad excuse for a company and I will not be attending again.

Booked me on a course and then kept cancelling it at short notice. They didn't delay taking the money but being very difficult about giving it back. On no account use this company they may appear to be cheap but they do not actually run the courses they just take the money.

First Aid Training course - 3 day. Phil was exceptional, made it really interesting and i came away more knowledgeable and didn't feel like i'd been on a course at all! Fantastic, Thank you

I am sick of hearing lies told by this company from all angles from reasons for such a high turnover of staff - always someone different you have to deal with or why the certificates are 3months overdue after paying for them - never their fault! I could never deal with a company with such a lack of integrity and would not recommend their service in any respect. Complete and utter disappointment! As for implying that they train for Kier B24-kier in a previous statement’s comment, that is pathetic and completely unprofessional...pretty much sums the company up!

The training this company sells is delivered by third party companies not them, so they book the training and take your money but will not deal with any problems that accur and just blame the training provider. You can never speak to anyone such as a manager at their offices so no one can deal with the problem. Happy to take your money and then not deliver what was promised. Maybe thats why the company went under when it was called Stowan! The only thing I would recommend about this company is that you avoid them at all costs!
