This is simply the best cooking school we have ever attended in Italy. Our instructors Alspaw perfect English and were very enthusiastic about talking about the food in Italy especially in the region of Emilia Romagna. Bologna is the food capital of italy and my wife and I would vote for Cibo as the best hands on cooking school in Italy.
