45 minutes trying to book a train ticket by phone. I only used the phone because I lost the will on the website. I can't even begin to explain how rubbish they are. I am now in Therapy. I could have walked from my house to a Station dragging a dead whale quicker. Somebody in management who has a clue or cares can borrow my backbone
