Absolutely shocking!

What I do not understand about stagecoach buses is the fact they expect us to pay quite abit of money when it adds up but they don't turn up on time, definitely are not reliable and sometimes don't even turn up. It gets me really angry how the bus drivers act towards the paying customers! There attitude is absolutely disgusting and I think it needs sorting out. On a regular basis I get buses and rarely ever have a good experience. But today as an example; I walked through the bus station and got to my stand and then realised my bus was there and the driver was still serving the last customer and acknowledged me trying to get to the bus and then he laughed shut the doors and drove off! I hate having to rely on buses as it is annoying when they don't turn up or are very late. People have to get to work, school, college or do school runs on a daily basis and buses do not allow us to do this on time or pleasantly. I think stagecoach managers want to start and look who there employing and teach them some manners so your customers can start and travel happily. You cannot keep putting the fares up when your staff are unpleasant and not RELIABLE because I don't think it is fair, they definitely do not give good customer satisfaction.
Some people have to take buses due to medical conditions and other reasons and I think the company should consider not only this but many of the other problems I have stated above.
