GAVE THE DRIVER £20 FOR A £3 FARE FROM CHORLEY TO ADLINGTON. THE DRIVER ROLLED HIS EYES,TUTTED AND GAVE ME A LOOK AS THOUGH THE CHANGE WAS COMING OUT OF HIS OWN POCKET.I TOLD THE DRIVER THERE WAS NO NEED TO GET UPSET TO WHICH HE WHISPERED UNDER HIS BRETH THE WORDS F... OFF . NOW I AM SO ANGRY ABOUT THIS I FEEL THE NEED TO COMPLAIN AND I URGE THAT YOU REMOVE THIS DRIVER AS HIS CUSTOMER SKILLS ARE OFFENSIVE

The bus drivers get £20 from stagecoach for them to make up their own change. So if they can go to a bank or arrange change by other means , what is stopping you? If you expect change from a £20 note and other thoughtless people do like wise, then the driver has no change left after the first person that tenders a £20 note. perhaps you should find out the facts before you try to loose someone their job.
