The service from London Victoria to both Carshalton & Carshalton Beeches is now so bad I now dread travelling with you.
Some months ago I used to get sick of every announcement starting with the words "Southern Rail are sorry". You've now dropped the sorry - while the service gets worse.
So basically you have no regrets & appear to be making no attempt to improve the service.
