RSH is fine if you book on line, collect tickets & everything is OK etc. However, if you hit a snag, like I have, their customer service is awful.
The ticket machine failed to print the tickets & said consult station staff. They were not able to print tickets either.
After contacting RSH they said they will re-issue the tickets under a different booking reference.
Four days later & they still haven't done this & have no idea when I can get the tickets.
Some e-mails are not even replied to, others take all day.
Would not use again.
