When there is an issue, it needs resolving, Atos, this French company is worse than the trains and may take months for a response. If lucky.

Book via thetrainline or in person. Great idea, shame the service cannot make the website.

Additionally, you cannot book 2 people using two railcards at the same time, but you can save one in the basket. However, you then lose seat resrvation sbeing next to each other...unless fully booked was the reason, as we end up in the same coach. I ended up going to the ticket office to sort it out.

You can get relatively measly loyalty points but the process of using them has improved but is still a little clunky, it seemed they were going for a completely automated process then got bored.

There fantasy F1 grand prix predictor has been a great additonal though.

Try, but be careful.
