I can't remember the last time I got a seat on the Leeds train going to Manchester weather that's morning or night, rammed back to back with people in the little walk ways of the old 2 carriage train they send, it's delayed every day due to the fact people are trying their best to get onto the train so they arnt late for work and when paying £100+ for a monthly pass this isn't what you want or expect from Northan Rail. Something needs doing about this I could easily get hundreds of people to start a petition and agree that this isn't acceptable there isn't even any regulation for people who can't access the trains easy for example wheel chair users and people with children, there was even an elderly lady I'd say in her 80's stuck behind the doorway as it opened and closed because of the amount of people who had struggled to get on. It's just not on and I'm sure many other users would agree! Not a happy Northan Rail customer at all.
