Dreadful service from Leyton Buzzard to London. They really are just taking money for an appalling service. Not a seat to be had and had to stand with our 7 year old daughter for over an hour. She got so tired she wanted to sit on the floor but even she decided it was "just too disgusting and dirty" Cars, Taxis, Buses, Airplanes ...all our modes of transport have identified limits most with legal maximums they can carry. Trains? Pack as many into that space as you can ...it's all good money...never mind the discomfort or safety seems to be the way of things. I do believe they'd happily have an India style train with people hanging off the sides if they could and take the same fare from them.
