Just wanted to thank the kind female member of East Midlands staff at St Pancras this morning who was very helpful when I missed my train (got on wrong train, platform mistake!) and managed to calm me down and sorted me getting onto the next available train. A positive experience in an otherwise stressful situation so thank you.
