Disabled very friendly!

I am writing this review after a trip to London at the weekend with my disabled mother. There were 4 in our party including my mum, from arriving at Chesterfield station the staff couldn't have been more helpful, one lady in particular who I am afraid I didn't get her name, it was the 3pm train on Saturday 1st June to London St. Pancras, she was an absolute star, she helped us onto the train via a wheelchair ramp and helped us get seated then she rang through to London to make them aware that we needed help at that end. When we arrived at London everything was in place for us to leave the train assisted. When we left London the following evening the staff were also first class with the assisted travel via ramp etc., I cannot praise the staff enough it made our weekend (which was a treat for my mum's 80th birthday) run very smoothly indeed, with no anxiety and panic about getting my mum on and off the train. So a big thank you once again!
