If there were a minus rating, it would definitely have been flattering for this company. Not only do they provide terrible customer service via email (due to the fact they do not reply to any emails whatsoever, regardless of content or length) they also have possibly one of the worst call centres known to man. The fact it is an 0845 number is bad enough, but once you finally get through their staffs English is so poor that they constantly put you on hold to pass you to another member of staff, who then also struggles to grasp basic enquiries such as refunds or alternative travel for cancelled trains.

I would've complained to the company themselves but why bother when I know for a fact I will never receive a reply, an apology or any change. So I thought a good old rant would help blow off steam and also put people off ever bothering to travel by train...Just walk you'll get there faster and will be far happier.

Looks like another example of profit first customer last!

Completely agree - I've sent 4 emails and no reply, their social media accounts don't respond either. Always late and the company is a disgrace!
