First off, trying to get a heavy suitcase onto a train is bad enough, but when there is nowhere to put it, it makes it even worse! I piled my bag ontop of somebody elses, it fell half way through the journey, when i was told rudely by a member of staff to 'pick it up now' and then was told to put it in the overhead compartements where it clearly would not fit. So i wanted a solution, i was standing there with nowhere to put my bag, i asked the member of staff if there was anywhere else to put my bag, she shrugged her shoulders and walked off. I would like to be treated with a little more respect considering i spend £45 on a return ticket. Poor Service!!!
