I regularly use the Pontyclun to Cardiff Central route, train very unreliable, no ticket conducter if there is one he/she only interested in selling daily tickets and say that weekly tickets take too long and they have targets to work towards. I queued for 30 mins for a ticket to be issued by the most miserable and slow staff you could possibly imagine. Also I pay £6.40 for a return 11 minute journey which is digusting, trains overcrowded and late was evenings.

Arriva trains need to be monitored closely in regards to their poor service and poor customer service
