“Great Service”

I received a letter during the week telling me there were surveyors in the area, and that everyone gets a free survey and funding to help with the costs.
On the Saturday a girl showed up to do the survey and explained that since I was in an end house, I was loosing more heat through the walls than my neighbors. She also checked the loft, and said I could get an extra layer in there too.
The only thing was she had to drill a hole in my wall, I was slightly skeptical about a wee girl doing this, but she said she had to do it to check the walls. She checked the walls for damp, and I even got a look in the camera to see my house's cavity!
I was booked in for a date on the day, and had a letter confirming it through the post.
The men came to do the job on the day, and in 2 hours my house was completely insulated.
They cleaned up after themselves and would't even take a cup of tea when they were here. (Unlike the surveyor who ended up staying for lunch)
I would highly recommend the Mark Group.

i think you should have a look in your cavities and then see if you are still happy because mine are still empty.

What sort of response is that? Oh somebody is happy with the work they have had done but there must be something wrong somewhere.

All doom and gloom. I understand people are going to be upset if they have problems but review sites like this are nothing but trouble.

Roughly 200 bad reviews. People are always quick to complain but not to congratulate.

Thats the problem with society, winge winge! Makes me sick

They arrived at my house yesterday, started drilling in the wall and sliced straight through an electric cable, had no electricity for almost 8 hrs while a manager came to my house followed by an electrician. Bearing in mind it was a cold November night and I have a baby and the electric went off at 2pm, roughly 3 and a half hrs before it gets dark. The guy who sliced through the cable said they had no electricians or anyone who worked for his company to correct it.......until my landlord arrived and funnily enough the story changed. Constantly lied to by the customer services people who said at first the electrician was on his way at 3pm and would be with me in 30 minutes.....lies after lies. I've had to throw all my fridge/freezer food out, my ex Husband had to miss work half day to have our baby and I've lost 7 cichlids (tropical fish which are quite expensive) WHAT A NIGHTMARE!!!! AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS. interesting to see when they're coming bk out to replace the sliced wire and light..............................................
