Bad services for high fee

I requested boiler and heating system check up as I noticed that the system does not work stable.
The engineer came the next day after placing a request by email.
The cost of his visit was £108. For this money I have got the following service:
1. Hoovering of the boiler inside
2. Recommendation to change the heat exchanger
3. Recommendation to change the boiler
4. Recommendation to change all radiators
5. Recommendation to change the pump.
So In the morning I had a heating working, after the visit of the guy everything appeared to be broken.
He switched off the boiler completely.
I do understand nothing on the heating system, but I asked to check if there is air in the radiators, or if the pressure vessel showing the pressure around 0 is normal. The so called engineer said that the pressure does not matter (in my service job sheet in the table about found defects he put N/A in the Operating pressure line). The air stayed in the radiators after his visit.
He also promised to send the quotation on the replacement of the boiler, pump and 11 radiators next morning. As he said that our boiler was dangerous and we were not recommended to turn it on, so we were left without heating and hot water, so we required the quotation and replacement quickly.
Next day, of course, no quotation has been sent to us. Neither next day. (in 3 days time the lady called from this company and said that the quotation will be sent next Monday).
So we asked another engineer to quote us for the new boiler. He came to check the system for the quotation and first thing he asked was: Why do you have 0 pressure in the system? So he increased the pressure, removed air from all the radiators - and the system is working now, and he did not take any money at all! All the radiators appeared not to be clogged (as we thought) and there is no need to replace them all. The boiler still should be replaced as it is old-style non-condensing. But we never ever ask Rightio to do this for us.
I feel myself diddled by this company: no service at all for £108. Well done job I must say.
I do not recommend to use Rightio as they are completely unprofessional plumbers.
