“Too long to deliver and poor customer service”

I ordered 2 radiators from Plumbnation and was told after the order was place by email it would take 9 working days to deliver. If I had known this I would not have placed the order. The day before delivery I was told one of the Rads had been damaged and it would take another 4 working days to deliver. Phone Plumbnation they were very unhelpful and when I asked for a refund told to email my request, when asked to speak to supervisor told to email them. I will not use them again.
