They are meant to offer a service to help fund boilers to those who are vulnerable. They then take your money promise to install over two days and then fail to turn up . Thus causing more financial heart ache to those who are already in a vulnerable position without heating or hot water with 3 children. I can only assume that this is a scheme or the company itself is in financial decline. Please beware.
