Booked a plumber to do a job of looking at my washing machine connection which is leaking. He never arrived and when I called, the customer service kept on pushing back the time till it was 7 pm when I finally called again to chase up. No one picked up the call and no one bothered to call back to move the appointment either. Bad customer service.

I got this company to come to do a power flush on my gas central heating system and install a MagnaClean (as advised by a British Gas engineer). A team of two men (Dave and Barney) came on 26th Nov 2010 to do the job, and that was the start of all my boiler/central heating problems! After supposedly completing the powerflush, my boiler overheated and switched itself off. Two engineers (from two other different companies) said that there was a lot of 'gunk' in the system, and that it appeared that a powerflush had NOT been done. To make matters worse, they said that the MagnaClean was not installed properly, so it wasn't doing a good job at all! I called the company to get them to come in to re-do the powerflush. The person who answered the phone said that he would get somebody to come in to have a look - we made an appointment, and nobody turned up! I called yet again, made another appointment, and again, nobody turned up! It seemed to me that they were pretending to be helpful over the phone, with no intention of following things through! It has been a total waste of a lot of money on my part (£580 to be precise!), and I'm surprised that there are no reviews of this company on the internet whatsoever!!
