I live in a Housing Association bungalow and the Mark Group were contracted to clad the walls and dash them. In February, the extracted all the insulation out of the cavity walls. Much later they began adding the polystyrene cladding. Later still they rendered and dashed the walls. They have blocked drains, not turned up when promised, damaged gardens, damaged extractor fans (by throwing pebbledash into external vents), and totally ignored that people actually live in these properties. Residents have been so shocked by the appalling treatment. Although I was told that scaffolding would only be up in front of my windows for 2 weeks, it is now 3 months and still the scaffolding is there. My advice, don't use the Mark Group for anything.
