i recently had mark group fit loft insulation in my house.a sales person came round and outlined the job to us.i informed the sales person that we were boarding our loft out after the insulation had been fitted and he confirmed we would be able to do this.
when the loft insulation was fitted it was just thrown about my loft and made my loft totally unuseable for storage space.i contacted the company and informed them that the job was not what i wanted or up to standard.then after two weeks i was informed by mark group that if i wanted it removed i would have to pay them to remove it and pay the orignal cost of 200 pounds.
i find this totally unsatifactory.be careful of this firms sales people,use another firm is my advice
