After several home inspections and holes drilled in the wall, Mark Group can't seem to keep an appointment, the first problem was they spuriously marked my house as being unsuitable due to damp, probably because someone is on commission - there is no damp problem. Then they turned up again and booked in an installation date, by the end of that date no-one arrived so I phoned only to be told it was cancelled because they had the wrong phone number for me. What a crock.

I recommend leading these people on in an act of civil disobedience, and hopefully they will bankrupt themselves.
