Called Dynorod via British Gas to repair a small toilet issue with water trickling into the toilet bowl. They made a repair which only lasted a few weeks and then the toilet completely failed. Called them out again and was told they need to order a replacement part. Two weeks later, told the part had arrived and a Dynorod plumber was booked to install it. On the day, the plumber never turned up. Made phone calls during the course of the day, and was reassured the plumber was on his way. By 5:30 PM no one had arrived. Phoned again and was told that they had no record of the part being received and the job was never booked! Complained, and was promised that a manager would phone back. No manager called. Very disappointed.
