For a company holding themselves out to be the pre-eminent drain company in the UK whose engineers "are local to you, available 24/7 and trained to impeccable standards so you get the best possible service" it's a bit much when they can't even be bothered to turn up.

And not only do they not turn up but they don't even bother to inform you that you can't be bothered.

We are not living in the 1970's - there are hundreds of customer management software packages that allow companies to properly manage the timing of jobs.

If Dyno-Rod have one of those systems I'd suggest they turn the bloody thing on.

What a waste of time this company is; absolutely no way will I ever waste more time dealing with these jokers.
