On three separate occasions I tried to organise an emergency plumber with this company in Salisbury: the first cancelled at 10 am when they were meant to attend 8-11 am; the second never turned up; the third cancelled before he was meant to come. When you call to see what's happening they say they will call you back and don't.
If you have an emergency plumbing problem they add to the stress only.

If you have an issue with the company we would like to hear from you. Please contact Customer Relations as it is difficult to investigate when we have no information. Regards.
