after ringing them to arrange a free quote to repair my boiler and making it very clear that I didn't want a bill unless I was going ahead with the repair I received a bill for £72 when I asked why they said it was for the diagnosis. Despite arguing with them I still ended up paying the £72 like a mug but worse than that the diagnosis was a faulty diverter and the cost would have been £424 to repair it - after doing further research online and you tube it turned out to be the diaphragm that needed replacing which cost £9.84!!! So perhaps not such a mug after all - I wish I'd seen these reviews before I rang them - DONT USE THIS COMPANY THEY'LL RIP YOU OFF!!!!

LOCAL JOBS SHOULD BE FOR LOCAL TRADESMAN,DO NOT USE NATIONAL COMPANIES,THEY RIP YOU OFF,USE LOCAL TRADESMAN OR LOSE THEM.
