The Toyota Celica 1.8 VVTI is a dream to drive. It handles well, grips the roads when cornering and purrs along happily whatever speed I'm travelling. interior well designed and cockpit controls well laid out. Pedals close to the floor which means your foot glides easily from pedal to pedal without much effort leading to smooth use of brake or clutch. MPG good. I have a 1991 toyota celica base model for sale with 160,000 miles. I loved it. I have both cv joints replaced and the place didn't fill the trans all the way up so the trans is going out.

Item: Toyota Celica GT4
I bought my GT4 about 4 years ago with 72000 miles on it loved it from the word go & it certainly did go. I fitted it with some 17" gold oz racing alloys, uprated suspension, bushes & brakes. Unfortunately due to the thermostat sticking which resulted in overheating I had to take it off the road for fear of doing any damage. Fantastic car. Handling, performance, reliability, the engine is very strong which can handle a good thrashing.
The turbo is very responsive from standard.

A very good compromise for those wanting a good looking, fast car with it still being practical (Four seats and a boot). The boot is a good size but a little shallow, however the rear seats do fold. You can fit 4 adults in the car as long as their not over 6 foot. Good reliable quick car, fast enough to be fun, with good handling.
