I ordered a trampoline on the 16th July 2014 it stated up to 4 days for delivery which I thought wasn't bad considering it was free I received a second email the day after saying my order had been dispatched but I'm still sat here waiting and it's the 21st of July I've tried tracking my parcel through the link they sent me and the page doesn't exist I've tried to get in touch with toys r us by phone and it's impossible all I can do is send an email I'm not happy the customer service and delivery is probably one of the worst I've come across sort your selfs out TOYS R US !!!!
