After looking online and checking v tech switch and go item was in stock and was vailable immediately I travelled to the Swindon shop to purchase item on getting to the shop it was not available so my credit card was charged and it was ordered from warehouse for pick up at a later date .after travelling home there was an email waiting to say the order was cancelled and. I would not be charged 4 weeks later I get my statement and I have been charged so tried all day to contact customer services ,the system had been down all day and eventually got through at tea time ,the customer service person listened and went off to check that I had paid and my details ,she then came back and I was told they could not refund as it was taken a the shop ,although you can pay online and pick p at he shop so I asked why this was not possible as they re all the Same company but I was just adamantly told no you have to go back o the shop ,bearing in mind they have had my money for 4 weeks !, when asked how I was expected to go back to the shop when I don't live anywhere near the shop I was told to go by car ,walk or go by bus !,, FANTASTiC CUSTOMER SERVICE NOT !!! I have now had to take it up with my credit card company and after reading the comments here I am no alone in not receiving goods .Don't touch this company if you dont want to be disappointed
