Recently went online to purchase some xmas presents for my children.
Saw some fab bargains so ordered £100 worth of items. Everything went ok until I went through to delivery where the delivery button was greyed out.wrong customer services who told me there must be a fault with there system and they would ring the head office and get back to me with what the problem was. Surprise surprise they never bothered to ring back so decided to send an email of complaint. 6 days later and I have yet to hear back from them.
I find this very annoying and very unprofessional.
