I bought some PJs for my daughter. When they arrived they were ripped!! I tried to get a refund and the Disney Store cast members were so rude and unhelpful. It took forever to get this resolved and it should have been simple enough. Not happy at all. They wanted them sent back before issuing the refund, which was fair enough, but they wouldn't pay the return postage! Why should I be out of pocket for their fault? I eventually got a refund after 4 weeks and countless phone calls and emails.
