staff so unhelpful after spending nearly two hundred pounds in your store after i went through till my little girl was desperate for her new doll out of the box that she had saved up for herself for such a long time. so i asked an assistant if she could help me out with something to cut it out as it was cable tied to box. Upon my request i was given the eye roll and she walked over to girl behind computer counter and asked her if she had any scissors to which the girl replied no and she turned to me and said sorry we don't have any and walked off. As shop was very quiet and there was lot's of staff around i could not believe the lack of effort to help a little girl desperate for her new toy to play with. It left my little feeling hurt and upset and took all the achievement away from her in a second. Not only did they not even pretend to look there attitude was terrible.I felt terrible for my little one who now looked so sad and deflated. I find it very unbelievable that a shop dose not have scissors upon working in a toy store myself years ago i know there are normally lots of pairs around. I was so taken aback by the lack of help i left and went into neighbouring shop which whom i had not even purchased anything from was so happy to help a disappointed little girl i could not say nothing about the very poor standard of customer care in such a easy task. I feel very strongly that staff need to under go customer service training and be more helpful with such simple tasks. It has put me off your store as it was not one but two members off staff who were really unhelpful and another male member of staff was near by whom i am sure could hear the conversation but also did not offer to help.
