I ordered 2 disney fisher price toys. They arrived in a timely manner. However a) they had sent me 2 of the same items, b) it was an item that I hadn't ordered and c) it was an item they wasn't on their website!!!
I was informed that I would be charged £2.99 to send these unwanted items back! I therefore emailed head office requesting a simple exchange without the added cost. I was told this was impossible as they had no control over what stock was sent as my particular item is part of an assortment of products! This is despite me choosing the sets from the website. Why give me the option if they are going to send a different item?!
After further complaining I was sent a generic email requesting I send it back to the manufacturer so they could test it for a fault!!!! They are by far the worst company I've ever dealt with. I ended up with 2 items I didn't order that I can't refund!
