I bought a fliker scooter for Christmas for my daughter. She opened it on Christmas Day to find that there was a bolt missing. A month later I am still awaiting. I have rang numerous times. All I seem to get is emails. No form of direct contact. They sent a new bolt to the wrong address. Eventually I recieved the bolt and it's the wrong one. Therefore my daughter can still not use her scooter. It would be nice to at least have a phone call to sort this
