Bought a computer game from the Broadstairs branch of Smyths which was faulty. Complained to the branch and their customer service with no luck. I am left with a computer game that cost £47 that will not work. Because I broke the seal on the packet my rights to a refund or replacement ended. I explained that the disc can be removed from the packet without damaging the seals, which I offered to prove, they had no answer. This allows someone to use/tamper with the goods without breaking the seals before you buy it a possibility.
This is one shop that I will not be using again.
