“TWINLAKE PARK -WORST customer service I have EVER...”

DO NOT GO TO TWIN LAKES AND EXPECT A GOOD SERVICE - YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED.

We have been a few times at Twin Lakes (which had been ok but very expensive), but not had an encounter with the management, reception or supervisers as we did yesterday (Sunday 18/12/2011).

We had just joined TWINLAKE PARK with an annual pass and paid £250 for the familly. They said on the night when we joined - We need some pictures but we dont have the camera today so just bring some next time or something, its fine\" - I walked out with a tiny receipt and nothing else no passes, nothing.

Yesterday we decided to go for a couple of hours but we were asked for passes. I explained that their camera had not been working but their policy is THE CUSTOMER HAS TO PROVIDE PICTURES OR THEY HAVE TO PAY AGAIN.

So we had to pay and go inside the park and get pictures done and they would refund us.

WRONG - The photo booth didn't work.

DESPITE THAT THEY WOULDN'T REFUND US.

The SUPERVISOR came down and she said the same things that they had to charge us as it was their policy (I was thinking by this point Hitler had some funny policies also but clearly not of the right kind )

The MANAGER came down at last and gues what she suggested - GO DOWN AT TESCOS AND GET THE PICTURES DONE!!!!

AFTER AN AWFUL EXPERIENCE AND UTTER DISAPPOINTMENT I HAD TO CANCEL MY MEBERSHIP AND I SHALL NEVER GO BACK TO THIS PLACE NEITHER DO I RECOMMNEND ANYONE ELSE TO GO ESPECIALLY HAVING READ HOW THEY TREATED DISABLED PEOPLE ON THE REVIEWS BELOW.

SAVE YOURSELF A FORTUNE AND AN IMMINENT AWFUL EXPERIENCE. HAVE FUN ELSWERE.
TWIN LAKES IS A MONEYGRABBING ORGANISATION WITHOUT ANY ETHICS OR CUSTOMER SERVICE.

I have an annual pass, and it does state clearly that you need to bring photos in with you on your next visit. And from what you have typed, they did tell you this also at the time. This review has not helped in any way to describe the park, rides, activities or the children experience.

I'd beg to differ with the Guest's comment here.
This is exactly what people look for - real experiences, not just what rides & activities there are. The ride information is on their website.
Here people enxchange their own experiences & usually its the adults and not the children.
Also strange that you have an annual pass and yet look at Twinlake Reviews & also in the process engage and put down valid reviews!
