“Poor Quality Ski Taster Lesson at Chill Factor Manchester”

★☆☆☆☆

written by on 30/10/2011

Booked a ski taster lesson at chill factor manchester during kids half term for my children aged 10 and 8.I was very disappointed with the overall value for money that chill factor offered. The equipment that my children hired was of poor quality and my 10 year old had an issue with a ski that kept coming of his ski boot continually throughout the lesson, the ski instructor spent more time trying to fix the issue than he did teaching the 10 people that had paid for the lesson.Hence when the lesson had finished 8 out of the 10 people complained. The only good thing i can say about the experience is that when i complained and asked for my money back they where very good and obliged.
All in all the ski slopes had to many lessons on,the snow was of very poor quality, the instructors have no way of communicating with the office whilst they are on the slopes and there was people that had paid for an hours skiing flying down to the bottom completely out of control but there was not a single chill factor employee to be found.I would have loved to have written a positive review.
