What a let down!

Went to Splash Zone in Warrington with kids aged 2 - 6 years. Very excited on arrival but kids couldn't find much to do once in. Didn't like the slides because they landed on the hard floor and hurt themselves. 3 yr old was turned back at top of queue for slides - there was no sign to say who couldn't go on. Older ones loved slides but rest of time just sat and splashed in little splash pool. Nothing for 2 year old to do for more than 15 mins. My 3 year old was shivering after 40 mins and I had to take her out. The others lasted an hour and then had enough. I couldn't watch the kids walking past the end of the slides as the big kids zooming down were knocking them over. Upstairs Mikey mouse club was just a little area of padded mats and a little ball pool, very disappointing and was totally unventilated so we were all roasting! The manager was very unhelpful when I raised my concerns before I left. He said the bad reviews on the net were from a long time ago - I've just seen plenty recent ones so this is untrue.
