Just back from a weekend at Drayton Manor with my sister, nephew etc.

We stayed at the Hotel which was great. The staff really went out of their way, the hotel was spotless and the breky was yummy!

In terms of the park; it was smaller than I was expecting. I think that without Thomas (the tank) they would probably struggle to compete with the bigger parks - There are a few reasonable adult rides clustered together, but Drayton is really about the kids. To that end, the Zoo was very welcome and surprisingly good (albeit a little tired).

Overall we had a great time. Without the kids there we wouldn't have gone, but they loved it.
