I had the opportunity to work with a guy on my trip to the Canadian Rockies. My mom and I took the 10 day self driving tour. The booking process was extremely easy and he was also able to customize the itinerary on our trip. Once we were on our trip, we had experienced some negative experiences at the hotel. I contacted him and he was able to help take care of us. He made sure that we were compensated for the nights that we had troubles at the hotel and also made sure the rest of the trip was comfortable for us. He really did go out of his way to make sure that we enjoyed our trip and made sure that we knew we were being heard and taken care of. I am really glad we made the decision to book our travels through Rocky Mountain Holidays!!
