From the first to the last communication the advisor was the most helpful and accommodating agent I have ever dealt with. Living in Australia it was a joy to be able to seek advice and suggestions and without fail have an answer the following morning. Everything we asked for was dealt with in the most effective manner and we did not have one hiccup along the way. From organising our Rockies Excursion and our Inside Passage Cruise he also arranged additional accommodation at very attractive rates,arranged tickets for the local hockey game,transfers to Victoria and helped with suggestions for attractions we must see etc.
I will be more than happy to recommend his services.
The total cost was significantly cheaper than booking via an Australian Travel Agent.
