taste of Rumania

We are a group of travel agents who wanted a taster of Rumania so better to advise our clients and promote the country

We selected a tour company on line that appeared to meet our needs and were immediately impressed with the standard of service.

On behalf of the group I would like to say a huge thank you to all of those who contributed in making it a great weekend.
The guide who was with us the 2 days was just great, nothing was too much trouble and he looked after us magnificently, equally our driver, I believe we were all more like friends by the end of the weekend. Our guide on arrival and in Bucharest was lovely and full of smiles and also so friendly. We have come away with a wonderful experience of Rumania and some of us are already planning to come back to do a driving holiday.
The Transfagarasan was truly spectacular and we will all be recommending our clients to visit Bucharest and take this route.

The prices in the restaurants were a complete surprise as they were so low for good quality, my only sadness was that I had to leave without
Having yet another Transylvanian Papanasi, definitely a hit with all of us.

The hotel Kronwell, in Brasov, on reflection was not in the best position and perhaps we should have gone with your recommendation but it was an amazing hotel and well worth visit if you are in the area. It is probably the most hi tech hotel we have been in and the bedroom décor is beautiful.
It did take a while to learn how everything works and some areas were probably more design than practical but definitely worth 5 stars based on the rooms.
